- 1 lb New York Strip Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Garlic Butter
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Marinate the steak: In a medium bowl, whisk olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Add steak cubes and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 1-8 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the steak bites: Drain and pat the steak cubes dry. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Make garlic butter: While steak cooks, melt butter and stir in garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Finish: Drizzle garlic butter over cooked steak bites and toss to coat. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
