Description

Juicy, garlic-herb marinated Mediterranean chicken breast air-fried to perfection in just 15 minutes—served with green beans for a light, healthy, low-carb meal without breading.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp ground cumin

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 ½ cups green beans (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.

  • Place chicken in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes.

  • Flip chicken, add seasoned green beans (if using), and air fry for another 5–8 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Rest chicken for 3 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
